Please have ALL your paperwork ready:  990, post QM bond, convention registrations (National and Department), post audits, insurance certificates, checkbook and bank statements, Post officer's proof of eligibility.  Also, make sure that the post has transferred all the money from the Post Dues Reserve Fund to the post General Fund (effective date is July 1, 2011).

Posts that have not yet paid their district dues directly to the District Quartermaster are expected to pay them at the time of inspection.  2011-2012 district dues will be assessed at the rate of $.75/post member.  If you need to know your dues amount ahead of time, contact the District 10 Inspector.
